He is a Certified Digital Marketing Specialist, Recruitment and Selection Professional, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

With 24 years of experience in Telecommunications, IT, and Logistics, James is a seasoned project professional. He has excelled in project and program management, as well as operational leadership in retail sales, customer service, and technical support. His leadership includes managing a high-performance Service Improvement Team and overseeing a Customer Contact Centre with over 200 staff. Certified in Project Management (RMIT) and Agile methodologies (Certified Scrum Master, SAFe 6), James is dedicated to simplifying complexity, promoting continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional results.

With over a decade of customer service experience, Anthea specializes in workforce management and operational efficiency. As a Scheduling Optimiser, she manages scheduling and resource allocation, leveraging her background in technical support, team leadership, and business assurance. Her diverse experience has sharpened her skills in team management, issue resolution, and driving business success.
